Director Alejandro González Iñárritu and Dicaprio filmming The Revenant outside of Calgary last fall
Here’s an intense first look at the film starring Leonardo Dicaprio and featuring Fort Simpson’s Melaw Nakehk’o, and directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu of Birdman fame. Nakehk’o successfully auditioned for her part during a Yellowknife casting call last fall. The film will be released in theatres this December.
