• Classic: fries smothered in gravy with plenty of real cheese curds
• Ed’s Choice: as he tends to do, Ed’s planning to take things over the top in a great way with options like pulled pork poutine, Montreal-style smoked meat poutine, turkey and stuffing poutine, and Jack Daniel’s peppercorn chicken poutine.
• People’s Choice: known for giving the people what they want, Ed’s letting you vote on social media for what you think Tuesday’s third poutine should be. The option with the most votes will be on the menu that week.
