Upgrade Your Hiring Process with Jobs North’s Latest Features

We’re thrilled to announce that Jobs North has just received its biggest update to date! We’re grateful for all the support we’ve received, and we hope that our new features will make it easier than ever to find the right candidates for your job openings.

With our new job management menu, you can access links to quickly edit your job and view applications and invoices, with the added bonus of a Priority Support button that’s exclusively available to Paid jobs.

In the employer panel, the Payment History section has been updated to easily print your job listing and invoice details all in one place and Job listings now provide more detailed information at a glance.

Printing a record of your job listing and payment has never been easier

When posting a job, you can now choose whether to accept applications only from Canadian and authorized workers or from both Canadian and international candidates. The job application form will then only accept applications from the group you selected.

We’ve also added a new ‘candidate availability’ feature for paid jobs, which allows job applicants to indicate their immediate availability for work. This information and their legal status are available on the candidate list and detail pages in the employer panel.

We now offer more flexible listings options, including a new option for Urgent Jobs to be highlighted on the job board and detail pages. As always, you can post a job for free for 15 days, but all paid listings come with extra features such as candidate availability, no banner ads, and priority support. Featured job listings come with even more benefits, including top placement on the job board and base salary included.

If you think we’re missing a feature that would make your hiring process easier, please let us know.
