Description
This role oversees the daily/weekly execution of posting sales, collection and management of customer accounts and reconciliations of deposits, payment postings and electronic transfers.
A person highly effective and efficient in collaborating with customers managing accounts in a high volume, fast paced environment will be challenged by this role.
This position executes support both internally and to our customers with account inquiries and collection of over 1.5 million in receivables.

Responsibilities
Daily Posting / review of A/R Payments Received
Daily posting/ reviews sales invoices
Daily review of EFT / deposit tracking
Weekly A/R reporting of collections and follow-ups.
Resolution of A/R Disputes/corrections/inquiries
Spearheading collection calls
A/R statements monthly reconciliation and distribution
Oversee A/R filing
New Account review / recommendations / processing
Qualifications
Demonstrated book keeping experience in AR/Invoice reconciliation
3 years of related/relevant experience in Collections/Accounts Receivable (Calling/Follow-up)
3 years of related/relevant experience in customer account management.
3 years related/relevant experience in cash deposits/payment reconciliation-application
Experience with credit applications and soliciting references
Experience in balancing a float
Experienced in bank deposits and tracking
Experienced in executing daily sales processing checks and balances
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organization and administrative skills
Proficient with computer applications
Ability to handle a heavy work load
Demonstrate initiative
Coachable and eager to learn/take on new tasks
Must have a valid drivers license & provide a drivers abstract upon hire.
