Description
Century 21 Prospect Realty is looking for a full-time organized and responsible Administrative Assistant at our downtown office. The Admin Assistant must be detail oriented and organized, and an efficient multi-tasker. The ideal candidate is professional, a problem solver, trustworthy and reliable. Our office environment is fun and very team oriented.

Responsibilities
Duties of the Administrative Assistant will include data entry (creating and maintaining our real estate listings across a number of websites), some bookkeeping duties, running errands downtown, answering phones, assisting walk-in clients, filing, assisting with team event organization, maintaining our inventory of office supplies, office organization and light cleaning duties.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment, data entry experience and a high school diploma. Previous bookkeeping experience is an asset.
