
Description
Seasonal administrative position from March 15- Sept 15 with option to full time employment for the right candidate.
Work schedule includes days/ evenings, with weekends and on-call time.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize the operation of the Aerial Fire Suppression fleet providing single administrative services.
Prepare reports and briefs for management evaluating program.
Direct and advise flight crew/ staff involved in the program of training, travel, transportation briefings.
Ability to assist with the supervision of a working group of 20 or more people in various areas.
Liaise between government contacts/ departments, flight crews and company management team
Qualifications
Must be proficient in MS, Excel, Word, Office and Outlook
Must be organized, with exception multi-tasking skills.
Must have 3-5 years of administrative experience
Willing to travel to Yellowknife
Valid Driver’s License
Must be able to work under pressure, attention to detail handing of large workloads on tight deadlines.
Must be a team player with excellent communication oral and written communication who is organized.
Must be a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident of Canada of have a valid work permit.
