Under the direction of the afterschool program manager, the Coordinator manages and leads all aspects of YWCA NWT afterschool sites and programs located at various Yellowknife schools. Experience managing and supervising staff, program and activity design and implementation, understanding of health and safety requirements, program budgeting experience preferred. The Coordinator must be able to work with limited supervision, have strong management skills, and work with various levels of administration and community partners.
