The ideal person will have a min 3 years of technical experience with wood and steel frame construction, drafting and technical review of documents, coordination of engineering and design related professionals, and contract administration during construction.
An intimate knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit software is mandatory as is a keen understanding of construction detailing, construction documents, and consultant team coordination.
