Fatburger is looking for an Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Supervise staff; Ensure food service and quality control; Inspect and ensure cleanliness in all areas of restaurant; Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment; Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies; Establish work schedules; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Assist manager as required.
Qualifications
1+ year experience required; Education in hospitality & restaurant management preferred.
