Come join our team! We are looking for a full time weekday employee.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Duties: Dialing in espresso machine; making espresso & tea drinks; choosing cool music to play; serving food and using our POS; greeting and being nice to customers; helping (or learning) to bake and cook; prepping food and syrups; learning everything about coffee processing, roasting, and prep; filling and delivering coffee orders; cleaning, closing, and cashing out.

Who are we looking for? Someone with barista/cafe/service experience who wants to learn more about coffee and is looking for a career position. Someone who is able to work on their own. Preferences will be give to people that have Level 1 Food Safe (although we will pay for this training if you do not possess it). For this position we really need someone who possess a driver's license and has access to a vehicle.

Salary: $23.28/hr + tip pooling* + GNWT mileage rates (for deliveries)

*Tip pooling: To date, tips average around $7-10 extra an hour; however, this is not guaranteed. Tips are pooled and spread between staff (not owners) and are paid out with your bi-weekly payroll (and taxed as income).
