Come join our team! We are looking for a part time weekday employee.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, flexible amount (between 15 and 30 hours)

Duties: Dialing in espresso machine; making espresso & tea drinks; choosing cool music to play; serving food and using our POS; greeting and being nice to customers; helping (or learning) to bake and cook; prepping food and syrups; helping with cleaning, inventory, closing, and cashing out.

Who are we looking for? Someone with barista/cafe/service experience who wants to learn more about coffee and is looking for a career position. Someone who is able to work on their own. Preference will be given to people that have Level 1 Food Safe (although we will pay for this training if you do not possess it) and who possess a driver's license

Salary: $20 to $23.28/hr + tip pooling*

*Tip pooling: To date, tips average around $5-7 extra an hour; however, this is not guaranteed. Tips are pooled and spread between staff (not owners) and are paid out with your bi-weekly payroll (and taxed as income).
