Come join our team! We are looking for a full time weekday barista.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

Duties: Dialing in espresso machine; making espresso & tea drinks; choosing cool music to play; serving food and using our POS; greeting and being nice to customers; helping (and learning) with the baker and cook; cupping and learning everything about coffee processing, roasting, and prep; filling and delivering online mail orders; cleaning, closing, and cashing out.

Who are we looking for? Someone with barista/cafe/service experience who wants to learn more about coffee and is looking for a career position. Preferences will be give to people that have Level 1 Food Safe (although we will pay for this training if you do not possess it). Ideally you possess a driver's license (and have access to a vehicle).

Salary: $18/hr + tip pooling*

*Tip pooling: To date, tips average around $7-10 extra an hour; however, this is not guaranteed. Tips are pooled and spread between staff (not owners) and are paid out with your bi-weekly payroll (and taxed as income).
