Our Yellowknife office is looking for a Commercial Paralegal to be responsible for all aspects of North west Territory Yukon and Nunavut commercial transactions, including but not limited to reviewing real estate and financing contracts, general search, registrations and filing services, performing due diligence searches and preparing summary of findings, preparation of documents required for residential and commercial sale and purchase transactions and financing transactions. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience, is proactive and self-sufficient, with a high attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
