Supervise all staff on shift.
Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Supervise and check assembly of trays; Prepare and submit reports; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Ensure food service and quality control; Inspect and ensure cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
Qualifications
1+ year experience required.
