Description
SheBookie is hiring a Finance/Admin Clerk to take on various administrative tasks as well as assist in keeping of financial records for multiple clients while providing high-quality customer service.
We’re looking for a detail oriented, highly organized individual with strong math skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently. You should also be trustworthy, reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic.
This position reports to the owner and is for those individuals who enjoy a large variety of duties throughout their work week.

Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain financial records
- Assist in account reconciliations
- File organization
- Customer Service
- Mail and document runs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic accounting
- Familiar with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks and Simply Accounting would be an asset.
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Professionalism
- Valid Driver's license
