Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Duties:

1. Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
2. Take customers' orders; Stock refrigerators and salad bars
3. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
4. Portion and wrap foods
5. Package take-out food
6. Keep records of the quantities of food used
7. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items

Dish-washing Duties:

1. Scour pots and pans; Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
2. Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
3. Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
4. Place dishes in storage area

Equipment and Machinery Duties:

1. Grill
2. Electronic cash register; Conventional oven
3. Food dispensers

No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience

Some experience in the industry preferred, although people with no experience are encouraged to apply. We will provide video and on-floor training.
