• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Transmit records of stock and sales electronically
• Order stock weekly
• Prepare and submit reports to senior management
• Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
