Ptarmigan Inn is expanding our Front Desk Team and seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals for full time hours.
This position is limited to candidates currently in Canada and are Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or in possession of open work permit.
Register arriving guests and assign rooms, Process group arrivals and departures, Take, cancel and change room reservations, Provide information on hotel facilities and services, Provide general information about points of interest in the area, Investigate and resolve complaints and claims, Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Provide customer service, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Assist clients/guests with special needs
Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience Experience an asset
