Description
Nahanni Construction Ltd. is hiring a Head Office and Human Resources Administrator to work out of our Yellowknife office on a Monday to Friday schedule. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to our human resources team as well as various office functions.
Responsibilities
- General clerical support to include but not be limited to:
- Answering phones and redirecting calls
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Handling courier services
- General duties and assistance as needed throughout the office
- Work closely with our Human Resources team to provide the following support:
- Onboarding and clearances
- Job postings
- Travel bookings
- Benefit signups
- Other tasks as needed directed by the Office Manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Experience working as an Administrator is preferred
- Proficient on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable working under pressure and under tight deadlines
- Extremely organized and attentive to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
