ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Loan Solutions Advisor, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service. You will also be

  • Gathering loan information
  • Selling our loan and protection products
  • Closing loans virtually and in person
  • Following up past due customer accounts.
  • Cash controls including taking payments
  • Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customer’s trust and loyalty.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:  Authorized to work in Canada

  • High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset
  • Great communication skills

PREREQUISITE: Maintain a positive supportive attitude, help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere!

(Note: internal title for this role is a Lending Specialist)
