Description
As the Manager of the Performance and Innovation unit you must be a strong leader with strategic planning skills and demonstrated success in solving complex business problems. You will be a collaborative member of our team and possess strong executive communication skills, consensus building capabilities, and a team development focus.
Responsibilities
Here are a few ways you will make a difference:
- Leading a multidisciplinary team in solving complex problems, based on innovation frameworks, process optimization, data analytics and sound project management principals.
- Leading the strategic planning and monitoring process and the development of corporate key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leading the organization’s data reporting strategy with accountability for internal and external statistical reporting.
- Oversight of the project portfolio stemming from annual corporate planning and strategic planning objectives.
Qualifications
What you bring to the role:
- An in-depth knowledge of business planning methods, processes and development, strategic planning and risk management, data analysis and research methodology.
- Superior project management, analytical, research, consultation and facilitation skills.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, combined with a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a combination of program development, project management, business analysis, strategic and corporate planning, change management, process improvement or data analysis.
- A minimum of three (3) years of recent management/supervisory experience.
- Experience with workers’ compensation and Lean management principles are an asset.
