Coldwell Banker Northern Bestsellers Ltd. Has an opening for a full-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper.

Responsibilities

Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • A/P & A/R
  • Payroll
  • Contract Payouts
  • Government Remittances
  • Weekly Management Reports
  • Year End Prep
  • Scanning/Filing
  • Banking/Mail
  • Maintaining Office Supplies
  • Reception/Phone Duties

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • College or University degree in business management and/or accounting considered an asset.
  • The successful candidate will need to be able to multitask in a fast-moving office environment and will need to be detail oriented and very organized.
  • They will be working closely with the agents in the office and will need to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • The job requires the ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Required skills include the use of Sage 50, Microsoft (word/excel), Adobe and FileMaker.
  • You will need a vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Must have past experience in Bookkeeping/Finance.
