Responsibilities
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- A/P & A/R
- Payroll
- Contract Payouts
- Government Remittances
- Weekly Management Reports
- Year End Prep
- Scanning/Filing
- Banking/Mail
- Maintaining Office Supplies
- Reception/Phone Duties
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- College or University degree in business management and/or accounting considered an asset.
- The successful candidate will need to be able to multitask in a fast-moving office environment and will need to be detail oriented and very organized.
- They will be working closely with the agents in the office and will need to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- The job requires the ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Required skills include the use of Sage 50, Microsoft (word/excel), Adobe and FileMaker.
- You will need a vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must have past experience in Bookkeeping/Finance.
