ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the oversight, scheduling and maintenance of production equipment for the poultry layer and egg grading operations. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Mechanical components of the hen housing system; including feed delivery, water delivery, egg delivery,ventilation, and conveyer delivery systems
• Equipment essential to the egg grading station, handling, storage and delivery of processed eggs to market
• Egg handling and yard maintenance equipment checks and verificationQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  Must be self-motivated, experienced in equipment maintenance, with understanding of basic mechanics or motor functions. Experience with automation, production line equipment and basic knowledge of electrical and ventilation is beneficial.
