Territorial Beverages Ltd. is your local Pepsico and Frito Lay distributor.

We are looking for an accounts receivable clerk to join our team. This is a permanent full time position with standard hours of Monday - Friday (9am-5pm).

Daily tasks will include:

• Receptionist duties such as directing phone calls and taking customer orders
• Performing administrative and clerical tasks
• Preparing customer invoices
• Filing paperwork
• Weekly data volume reporting
• Posting and recording accounts receivable data
• Customer statements and collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience using Sage Accounting program or similar
• Responsible, reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and well with others in a fast paced environment
• Hardworking and able to work occasional overtime and stat holidays
• Excellent customer service skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Accounts receivable clerk experience
• Office Administration or Business Administration diploma is an asset
