• Organize and coordinate all work to be completed in shop and field.
• Improve customer service experience, develop customer relationships, and facilitate growth.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow up through to resolution.
• Work with management to build consistency in service department.
• Oversee technicians and verify jobs are completed in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain best practices and processes.
• Control resources and utilize assets to deliver bottom line results.

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Class 5 with clean abstract
