True North Electric LTD is expanding and seeking individuals who are interested in the fast paced industry of solar installations and renewable energy. 

Primary duties will include:

• Installation of solar panels and solar equipment on buildings ( residential and commercial ) 
• Using basic hand tools ( manual and powered )
• Distributing material throughout the worksite. 
• Assist with site set up and clean up. 
• Help with a safe and organized work place. 

• Comfortable working on roofs. Previous roofing experience considered a strong asset. 
• Previous construction experience a strong asset. 
• Be able to work outside in all weather conditions. 
• A valid class 5 license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to all safety rules and regulations. 
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently.
