TOUR GUIDE

Wage: $17.50 per hour

Yellowknife Tours Ltd. Have two vacancies for full-time permanent Tour Guide positions.

Guides are expected to perform the following duties:

• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Attend to hotel, airport, and other check-in and check-out procedures
• Conduct customer service and interpretation services
• Conduct guided tours of museums and historical sites
• Confirm transportation and accommodation reservations
• Co-ordinate recreation activities with local tour guides
• Resolve itinerary and other problem
• Other duties required by YK Tours Ltd.

Qualifications: Qualified candidate must speak English and Mandarin/Cantonese, additional languages is always an assets.

YK Tours Ltd. Will provide on the job training, and no further education or experience is required. Education and experience in related tourism sector is always and asset.
