Description
Main responsibilities include:
- Prepare and post receipts, make bank deposits and other standard bookkeeping task
- Data entry
- Payment processing
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Filing and scanning
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Cross cultural skills
- Office or bookkeeping experience
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Word
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Have a clear criminal record check
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have QuickBooks experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Word
Hours of work between 11am-3pm
Salary is $27.01/hour
Must have own transportation (will reimburse for mileage)
