Description

Nahanni Construction Ltd. is hiring a Head Office Administrator to work out of our Head Office in Yellowknife, NT on a Monday to Friday schedule. The Head Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to various office functions.

Duties

  • General clerical support to include but not be limited to:
    • Filing and scanning
    • Answering phones and redirecting calls
    • Maintaining office supply inventory
    • Handling courier services
    • General duties and assistance as needed throughout the office
  • Work closely with our Human Resources team to provide support where needed to meet onboarding needs
  • Assist all management and other administrative staff with other related duties on an as needed basis
  • Assist with travel and accommodation coordination as needed
  • Other tasks as needed directed by the Office Manager

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Experience working as an Administrator is preferred
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable working under pressure and under tight deadlines
  • Extremely organized and attentive to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
i.e. Canadian citizen or a permanent resident or have a valid work permit issued by the Government of Canada
