Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair and service all makes and models of vehicles, as well as some mobile and heavy equipment and highway trucks
- Maintain detailed work orders
- Research and order parts
- Conduct service calls as required
- Liaise with customers and team members
Qualifications
- Journeyman certification-automotive or truck
- 3+ years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Flexible, positive attitude
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Work well individually and as part of team
