Job Information
Job Title: Manager, Program Development and Stakeholder Engagement (1-year Term)
Annual Salary: $104,910 – $125,307
Competition Number: 24/25 NT
Community: Yellowknife

Here are a few ways you will make a difference:
- Providing leadership for program development activities supporting the WSCC operation units in meeting strategic priorities.
- Providing leadership for stakeholder engagement activities across the WSCC to enhance relevance and reach of WSCC service delivery in all aspects of operations.
- Providing leadership and supervision to Unit members and working collaboratively with these positions to establish and implement work plans for program development, stakeholder engagement and cultural safety.
- Building alliances and professional relationships for potential partnerships with external stakeholders and internal divisions.
- Providing input and program management expertise to help direct the development, implementation, and delivery of WSCC programs (for example, Young Worker Program, Safe Workplace Program, and OHS Funding Program).
What you bring to the role:
- A related degree and a minimum of 5 years of management level experience are required. This includes 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Workers’ Compensation Legislation and Safety Legislation and certification in Occupational Health and Safety or Human Resources is considered an asset.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
