Description
To effectively manage the operations of a restaurant on a day-to-day basis, within the policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction, team member satisfaction/retention and profit maximization.
Responsibilities
Conduct performance reviews, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Cost products and services, Organize and maintain inventory, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and price, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Provide customer service, Recruit, train and supervise staff
Qualifications
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
