Ivy + Dean Consulting (i+d)  is seeking a Senior Consultant based in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories to join our team. 

Senior Consultants play a crucial role in bringing equity, social justice, and anti-oppression into the non-profit boardroom by providing a wide range of high-level support for non-profit organizations with a priority focus on non-metropolitan Canada. This role is being hired to support a new client project related to support the gender equity ecosystem in the Northwest Territories.

About the Position: 

  • This is an 80-100% of full time (40 hours/week) position, with an ideal start date as soon as possible. It is expected that the successful candidate will spend approximately 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week) on the client project. 
  • The FTE starting salary for this position is $72,800 annually ($35/hour equivalent).
  • i+d employees receive annual vacation and personal leave and are given paid days off on all Canadian stat holidays and additional i+d discretionary holidays
  • i+d employees support in accessing health, drug, vision, and dental coverage or a health and wellness spending account, and will be entitled to annual corporate contributions of 4% of earnings into a registered pension plan or Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).

Additionally, i+d offers annual bonus options, $50/month home office subsidy, professional clothing allowance, and comprehensive support to establish a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives.
