Department Information
Commission scolaire francophone, Territoires du Nord-Ouest
Job Information
As the Technology Coordinator you will be responsible for providing technical support for computer programs and computer and network maintenance in Commission scolaire francophone educational facilities. You will interact in person, by electronic mail and by telephone daily with Commission scolaire francophone staff, other government departments and non government agencies to assist all CSFTNO staff with the functionality and operation of the various PC, Chrome Book and Macintosh based software applications utilized by the central office and schools.
You will work directly with Teachers, Principals, School Secretaries and central office staff, and possibly with students. Many decisions have a direct impact on the integrity of the data and information as well as the security, availability, and capacity of the systems.
You will be required to travel (usually air travel) bi-monthly, or as needed.
To be successful in this role you will typically have completed a Computer or Information Systems diploma program and have one (1) year of application, network and systems experience.
