Description
Crisis Support Workers provides supportive crisis intervention, case management and support, advocacy, and community referrals to current shelter residents at Alison McAteer House in Yellowknife, and women who call on the crisis line from across the territory. Additional duties include offering life skills assistance to residents and helping with day-to-day operations of the shelter. One full-time position available, as well as casual on-call positions.

Vulnerable Sector Check

First Aid-CPR (C), up to date immunizations, including Hep B and TB

Work well in a team environment

Have flexibility in meeting shift work requirements
Salary is dependent on experience and position.
