Nuna is the largest Indigenous-owned mining support and contract mining company in Canada. Our primary focus is surface-related heavy-civil construction, including dam and tailing pond construction and upgrades, site preparation, road construction, waste rock and overburden stripping, drill and blasting, aggregate screening and crushing, site reclamation, surge ore hauling etc. etc. Although Nuna is a majority Indigenous-owned company, the vast majority of Nuna projects are executed in some form of participatory JV with Indigenous groups local to each project.
