• Conduct regular patrols of the property to detect and prevent any suspicious activities.
• Monitor, operate, and maintain CCTV systems to ensure all areas are securely observed.
• Control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the facility.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies swiftly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed logs of security incidents and daily activities.
• Provide a visible security presence to deter crimes and ensure safety.
• Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Conduct security checks and inspections at designated points.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and information.
• Manage and secure keys and access cards for different areas of the facility.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security services or law enforcement is preferred.
• Strong understanding of security operations and safety practices.
• Working knowledge of public safety, security operations, and procedures.
• Skilled in operating security equipment and systems.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
• Must be physically able to patrol the property and respond to emergencies.
• Willingness to work in shifts (including nights and weekends).
• Must be willing to undertake Westbridge's proprietary Trauma-Informed Behavior Management training.
