A third person associated with Jerrie’s Delivery Service has been charged with drug trafficking, following a series of RCMP raids on Thursday night that saw eight arrests. Norman Hache, 35, of Yellowknife, former owner of the delivery company, faces five charges: “Conspiracy to traffic and Possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and fentanyl, Conspiracy to traffic and Possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, Trafficking cocaine, Possession of cocaine, [and] Counseling the offence of assault.”
This follows the arrest last week of Todd and Brittany Dube, who have been operating Jerrie’s Delivery since at least late 2015. Both Dubes are charged with “Conspiracy to Commit trafficking and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking of cocaine, Fentanyl and marihuana,” with Todd Dube also facing charges for “Trafficking cocaine, marihuana, codeine and Fentanyl” and “Possession of Property obtained by Crime exceeding $5000.”
No evidence has been presented yet showing that the company’s delivery operations were a front for trafficking. However, according to a Yellowknife towing company, a large white van owned by Jerrie’s has been towed to the RCMP impound. When asked if the delivery company or their vehicles had been involved in trafficking operations, RCMP Sgt. Alexandre Laport told EDGE he could not comment because “things are before the court.”
According to the company’s website, Jerrie’s offers on-call delivery from “Retail and grocery stores, Corner stores, Flower shops, Restaurants, Fast food and coffee runs, Parcels and boxes, AND MUCH MORE!!!”
It’s unclear whether the delivery service is still operational, though calls to the number listed on their website go straight to a voicemail belonging to a ‘514’ area code number.
Yesterday’s arrests and those last week were made as part of Project Green Manalishi, a months-long investigation focused on Todd Dube and the “criminal network operating underneath him to distribute drugs throughout Yellowknife, as well as several communities in the NWT and Whitehorse, Yukon.”
According to RCMP Supt. Michael LeSage, as reported by the CBC, the network that was investigated involved “an extremely busy 24-hour drug trafficking operation, which utilized an extensive network of taxi cabs, street level drug traffickers, and stash locations.”
Between the two operations, which involved more than 50 RCMP officers from across the territory, 21 people have now been charged with a range of trafficking, possession and conspiracy to traffic offences.
Last week’s busts, which involved a traffic stop and the execution of six warrants in Yellowknife, Dettah and N’Dilo, netted:
- 1200 Fentanyl pills
- 4 kilograms of cocaine
- 16 pounds of marihuana
- 11 litres of liquid codeine
- Thousands of dollars in merchandise believed to have been purchased using the proceeds of crime.
- 10 firearms
- $75,000 Cash
- 2 vehicles
- 1 snow machine
Last night’s busts, involving five search warrants, saw the seizure of “illicit fentanyl Pills, crack cocaine, cocaine, psilocybin, marihuana, anabolic steroids and a large quantity of Canadian Currency suspected to be profits from the sale of illegal drugs. Four firearms and 3 prohibited weapons have also been seized.”

According to an RCMP press release,”Five individuals have been remanded into custody to appear in Territorial Court on Tuesday, April 18th in Yellowknife.”
“Arrest warrants have been issued for Devon Herback, Dola-Bode Harrison, and Lacey Forrest… [and] further arrests are expected in Yellowknife and Alberta.”
Hache and the two Dubes are not unknown to law enforcement. Back in 2002 Hache was charged with two counts of trafficking cocaine. In 2011, Brittany Dube was arrested in Ontario and charged with possession of oxycodone for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000. She was arrested again the following year during an alleged “mobile drug deal” and charged with “trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime and failing to comply with bail conditions.” Todd Dube, was arrested during a large bust in Yellowknife last April that netted, “593 counterfeit Oxy-Contin pills, believed to contain Fentanyl, 557 grams of crack Cocaine, 180 grams powder Cocaine, 536 grams Marihuana, 1.6 kilograms of Phenacetin (Commonly known as “Superbuff”)… [and] In excess of $200,000 in Canadian Currency.” He was charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cocaine and Percocet, and possession of the proceeds of crime.
Jerrie’s Delivery was started in 2013 by Ed Dithurbide. He sold the company to Hache in November 2014 and has since moved away from Yellowknife.
