Det'on Cho Scarlet Security Services is seeking temporary full time Security Guards to join us at a site in Yellowknife.

We are currently recruiting for work within the city of Yellowknife. We offer twelve hour shifts, both day and night time, for the duration of the project. Competitive rates of pay are offered.

Successful applicants will provide site security services not limited to: site access, patrolling, customer service

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Ensure premises, client property and personnel are secured • Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents. • Prevent loss and damage by reporting irregularities • Monitor access roads • Patrol assigned areas, checking for fires, wildlife, vandalism, suspicious activity, or safety/fire hazards.

Qualifications: • Grade 12 High School of GED equivalent • Posses a valid Class 5 Drivers License • Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English • Must be able to complete a criminal record check • Reside in Yellowknife, NT • Posses a valid Standard First Aid - CPR C & AED or a willingness to obtain at company expense • Ability to understand and comply with site specific Post Orders • Strong teamwork and partnership orientation
