Description
We are continuously hiring for a variety of positions for our different projects over the winter months. Current available positions include:
- Hydrocarbon Lead Hand
- Hydrocarbon Labourer
- Operator Marshaller
- Operator Offloader
- AN Offloader
DUTIES:
Hydrocarbon Lead Hand
- Closely work with project team on the day to day deliverables of project;
- Estimate time, materials and equipment required to complete tasks;
- Assist in identifying deficiencies and notify project team as required;
- Monitor and track Hydrocarbon offloading activities;
- Perform visual inspection of offloading activities, equipment and report any defects or repairs as needed;
- Perform lead hand duties relating to hydro carbon products in accordance with specified standard operating procedures;
- Maintain project logs and submit daily deficiencies report;
- All other duties as required.
Hydrocarbon Labourer
- Feed and unload Hydro Carbon machinery and equipment;
- Move, sort and pile materials and products manually and using powered equipment;
- Assist other workers to operate, repair and maintain process equipment and hydro carbon distribution equipment;
- General site clean-up;
- Ensure worksite is organized and free of clutter, rubble and garbage;
- Operating basic equipment;
- All other duties as required.
Operator Marshaller
- Operate heavy equipment including but not limited to fork lift, bobcat, zoom booms;
- Marshall offloading hydro carbon trucks activities while safely implementing precautions associated with hazards of transporting and issuing petroleum products;
- Monitor pace of offloading activities and daily project progress;
- Maintain activity logs and submit daily deficiencies report;
- All other duties as required.
Operator Offloader
- Operate heavy equipment including but not limited to tracker/trailer trucks, various loaders, zoom booms;
- Offload hydro carbon trucks while safely implementing precautions associated with hazards of transporting and issuing petroleum products;
- Receive, store, account for and document hydro carbon products in accordance with specified standard operating procedures;
- Perform operational and preventive maintenance checks on relevant fuel equipment and vehicles in accordance with standards;
- Maintain vehicle logs and submit daily vehicle deficiencies report;
- All other duties as required.
Applicants must have demonstrated knowledge and performance in safe work practices and a strong awareness and attitude towards workplace health and safety.
Must have experience with radio communications.
