Perhaps Yellowknife’s most fascinating restaurant offering, One of a Thai has been serving up authentic Thai food from its mobile food truck in summer and out of the Yellowknife Curling Club in fall, winter and well into the spring. Those willing to venture off the well-beaten menu path, past the spring rolls and pad thai, will usually be deliciously rewarded. That said, don’t overlook the marinated ribs or chicken wings (shown above). You can keep up to date on their location through their social media feeds.
